The brief
Navadhara teaches Chenda, Tabla and Mridangam and produces large live shows. They needed audiences to find them, trust them and buy tickets, event after event.
How it works
We optimised the design of navadhara.co.uk so classes, services and events are clear in seconds, and structured the content so search engines and AI assistants can read it.
Each major show gets a landing page we design and build, such as Nandagovindam, with city-by-city cards, an FAQ and a clear booking route.
Ticketing runs on Ticketor at Navadhara's own ticketing subdomain, with seat selection and guest checkout. Where a venue sells through a local partner, the page routes visitors to the right link.
Page views, city interest, booking clicks and ticket activity are captured through Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager, with GA4 reporting on the website.
That data builds retargeting pools by city and funnel stage: people who viewed an event, clicked to book, or started checkout are reached again with the right message.
Posters, reels, carousels and collab posts drive people to the booking page, and their response tells us what to make next.

The website
Organic search is the website's top traffic source, and Google Analytics now reports an "AI Assistant" channel. The site appears in answers from ChatGPT, Claude and Google Gemini.
