The brief

Fill Fairfield Halls with the Croydon community, keep sponsors visible, and make the stage look as good as the programme sounds. Then do it again the next year, better.

How it worked

  1. 01

    2025: prove it

Eight Meta campaigns ran from August to the week of the show: main banner ads, reel traffic and retargeting. Together they earned 4,626 link clicks at £0.15 each.

  2. 02

    Same look, everywhere

One poster look ran from the feed to the printed A5 flyer to the wall, so the audience saw the same festival at every step.

  3. 03

    2026: called back

KCWA asked us to run it again, with a bigger programme: a headline concert with Arya Dhayal, Siddharth Menon and Mahesh Kunjumon, and a full line-up of sponsors.

  4. 04

    Creators and countdowns

Six influencer campaigns and a 15-day Onam Sadhya campaign ran alongside the main ads, with countdown reels in the final week and retargeting to close.

  5. 05

    Sponsors on screen

Each sponsor got its own loop for the pillars and the vertical screens, and Best Foods got a video-views campaign of its own.
